I’m Lyndsay — mom of four active young kids, health and wellness-driven, co-running a local retail business with my husband, and constantly trying to do my absolute best.
A few years ago, something shifted. My daily routine started to feel like a burden more days than not. I was doing all the healthy things: working out consistently, cooking whole foods, staying on top of everything for my family…and my body was wearing down. My mental load was overflowing. The overwhelm showed up as snapping at my husband and kids, withdrawing from friends, and feeling a constant need to guard my own peace that left me feeling guilty and irritated when I couldn’t.
I didn’t feel like myself. I felt like I was failing at a life I actually loved. I knew I was stressed, but I didn’t realize how much it was affecting me.
I know I’m not the only one. My friends and I have had this conversation so many times — how we end up at the bottom of our own priority list until our adrenals are shot, our hormones are off, and we barely recognize ourselves anymore.
So I started searching. I wanted something to nourish my body, keep me calm under pressure, and support my body in the life I love — without weird side effects or compromises. I tried everything: breathwork, cold plunges, acupuncture, vitamin and mineral supplements, mushroom coffee that wasn’t worth the price, and stress supplements that just made me want to nap.
Nothing checked all the boxes.
So I spent months researching adaptogens, saffron, and stress-response science. I tested formulas on myself until I found what actually worked. After a couple months, I felt like the real me again. That formula became shePRE, and I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.
I’m not here to tell you this will make you Wonder Woman or invincible to struggle. But it can help you feel capable on the hard days. More patient. More positive. More like yourself.
And that matters. To me, to your family, to you.
Your friend,
Lyndsay
